Frequently asked questions

Our modification services are safe because they do not involve mechanical modifications, and thus do not have the effect of increasing the noise level generated by the vehicle or reducing its safety on the road. There is also no problem of not obtaining vehicle approval. Our modifications focus not only on economic aspects, but equally significantly on environmental issues. During implementation, we do not disable any component of the emission system or any component responsible for maintaining emission standards. Moreover, our solutions are based on measurements of exhaust emissions and fuel efficiency in the vehicles we test. The goal is to achieve the highest possible degree of efficiency of the fuel consumed in the combustion process, while emitting vapor-like gaseous substances from the exhaust.

Our services are based exclusively on the use of legal software and tools licensed exclusively to our company. This approach provides us with the confidence that any modifications to the vehicle’s software are carried out in accordance with current legislation, while eliminating the risk of vehicle failure.

In the modifications we carry out, we bring out the engine’s power reserves, tapping into the resources that the vehicle manufacturer has left to preserve better engine durability. Without interfering with the mechanical structure of the drive unit, it is possible to noticeably improve its performance. Strengthening the unit by as much as 10% can significantly change the engine’s characteristics, which translates into increased vehicle dynamics and engine flexibility. This effect often leads to a reduction in engine failure rates and potentially to an increase in engine life.
It is worth noting that dedicated software modifications are also used by car manufacturers themselves. Therefore, it is common to find the same engine with different power parameters in the range of new vehicles.

Our solutions are characterized by a lack of negative impact on the safety of the engine and other drive components. In addition, they are invisible and undetectable to the tools used by authorized manufacturer’s services, as confirmed by our customers after visits to manufacturer’s services.
The final decision to proceed with the modification is, of course, up to the customer. Nevertheless, from our side, we can guarantee that our customers have so far not encountered problems with maintaining their warranty after using our services.

In such a case, we recommend that you consult us for information on how to reinstall the software modification.
Usually, when such a situation occurs during the 6-month warranty period for the service, the customer has the opportunity to take advantage of a one-time, free of charge process of re-uploading the previously owned modification on the vehicle.
It is worth noting that all modifications performed by us are archived, secured and stored on our dedicated server.

In such a situation, we recommend using vehicle diagnostics to identify potential errors or failures in the vehicle’s electrical and mechanical components. Problems with sensors or other components can significantly affect the effectiveness of the modification performed. In addition, we recommend a thorough check to ensure that the vehicle maintains proper maintenance, thus eliminating the possibility of faulty components or malfunctions that could negatively affect the effectiveness of the modifications made.
In terms of achieving reliable results, it is crucial to verify that the test conditions before and after modifications are comparable. It is also worth making sure that the results have been accurately measured, eliminating potential errors when interpreting them.
In the event that, after all of the above, no error or technical fault is identified, and measurements are made under identical conditions as before the modification, it is advisable to contact our sales department for consultation and possible corrective action against the modification.

Our modified software predicts an increase in horsepower in the range of 10% to more than 15%, and in torque in the range of about 8% to 15%, taking into account variations in engine characteristics. These predictions refer to the specific effects of the modification, which can be achieved depending on the vehicle’s initial parameters and the extent of the modification carried out.
Once a vehicle’s engine power and torque have been increased, the projected impact on fuel economy can depend on a number of factors, such as route characteristics, driving conditions and vehicle load.
In order to obtain an accurate assessment of the impact of the modification performed on fuel consumption, it is advisable to carry out accurate measurements that take into account a variety of vehicle operating scenarios.
In the context of the aforementioned factors, our software modification can reduce fuel consumption by about 1.5 liters per 100 kilometers. These results are projected and may vary depending on the operating conditions and parameters of the specific truck.

The engine software modification should not be damaged or stop working uncontrollably. However, there are factors that affect its effectiveness and operation, which may involve an increase in fuel burn or increased AdBlue consumption.
Potential causes of this phenomenon include:

a. Vehicle software updates
During a service visit, the modification may be replaced with the latest manufacturer’s updates. If this happens, the modification will no longer work.
b.Operating conditions
Varying operating conditions, such as routes, load and driving style, affect the effectiveness of the modification. Sharp increases in fuel combustion or Adblue consumption require careful analysis for these variables, as well as consideration of potential influencing factors such as changes in vehicle driver manning or weather conditions such as autumn and winter.
c. Component damage
Whenever there is a significant change in vehicle performance, we recommend a comprehensive vehicle diagnostic. The purpose of this process is to identify possible factors, related to the poor condition of the vehicle, that may interfere with the proper functioning of the modifications performed. The most common causes include intensive or improper operation of the vehicle and wear and tear of individual components.
